Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously! In Short

• Lead the design and development of advanced instrumentation systems.
• Manage and inspire a team of engineers and technicians.
• Lead the validation and performance testing of instrumentation and control electronics.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment of hardware and software.
• Drive ongoing improvements of the control electronics design and performance.
• Ensure thorough documentation of design processes and test results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to instrumentation.

Requirements

• A Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in integrating and testing high-frequency electronics.
• In-depth knowledge of RF systems and advanced measurement equipment.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
