Requirements

• Active NP license in a minimum of 10 U.S. states.
• California, Texas, New York, and Colorado licenses preferred.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience.
• Experience with both male and female patients.
• Strong understanding of endocrine health and preventative care.
• Ability to prescribe and manage controlled substances.
• Comfort with ongoing lab monitoring.
• Excellent documentation skills within telehealth platforms.
• Ability to develop evidence-based treatment plans.
