Vice President, Medicare Stars - Remote

Overview

The VP, Medicare Stars will be a key member of Aledade’s Payer Strategy and Engagement team and will be responsible for understanding, aligning, and integrating health plan strategies with Aledade’s operating model to ensure success in Medicare Star ratings performance.

In Short

• Build and sustain relationships with health plan leaders focused on Star quality measure success.
• Lead health plan meetings with over 10 partners to discuss Aledade’s Star performance.
• Execute on mutual goals including clinical and operational strategies.
• Partner with clinical leadership to represent comprehensive Star strategy.
• Engage and align field teams’ practice performance activities.
• Understand CMS Star measure ratings’ policies and regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot areas of misalignment.
• Strong knowledge of CMS policies governing Medicare Stars Ratings performance.
• Data-driven with expertise in root cause analysis.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 15+ years in healthcare strategy, with 8-10 years in a senior role.
• 7+ years in Medicare Stars performance or value-based care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS policies.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Strong focus on tech enablement.
• Ability to navigate stakeholder relationships.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with Google Suite and EHR systems.
• Master’s degree preferred.
