A Creditors’ Rights law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Arizona practice, focusing on collection eligibility and litigation work.

Requirements

• License to practice law in Arizona.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
• Ability to analyze case law.
• Experience in collection law is a plus.
• Knowledge of Bankruptcy Law or FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA is a plus.
