Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are a nice-to-have.
