UK Quality Program Engineer - Remote

Overview

The UK Quality Program Engineer is responsible for executing quality activities for the BWR-X-300 project in the UK, ensuring compliance with quality standards required by customers and regulators.

• Responsible for creating and implementing Project Plans and quality documentation.
• Provide training on quality-related activities.
• Apply quality and technical knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for quality activities.
• Execute quality surveillance activities for the BWR-X-300 Project.
• Review and analyze Corrective Action Program reports and trends.
• Support future error prevention using corrective actions.
• Perform Root/Apparent Cause Analysis.
• Mentor individuals in quality-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering.
• Significant experience in leading complex projects.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills in Polish and English.
• Proven experience with Regulated Quality programs.
• Working knowledge of relevant ASME codes and ISO standards.
• Experience in the Nuclear Industry.
• Ability to maintain a customer-focused team environment.
• Familiarity with Root/Apparent Cause Analysis tools.
• Strong initiative and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and make decisions quickly.
