Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of wind troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to pass a Technical Knowledge Assessment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to handle weights up to 50 lbs. and climb towers.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Technical certification in Wind Energy or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment and maintenance tools.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to work in various environments.
