Overview

The Engineering Planning Leader will oversee headcount planning in Engineering, focusing on demand/capacity modeling and workforce planning while collaborating with HR and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in financial/demand planning.
• At least 10 years of industrial experience.
• 2 years of supervisory/people leadership experience.
• Experience in Power or Energy industries is desirable.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Proven experience in large matrixed organizations.
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills are a must.
• Comfortable handling conflict and facilitating collaboration.
• Ability to communicate effectively across levels.
