Overview

As a Database Administrator (DBA) at Air Apps, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing large-scale, complex databases. You will work with engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and resilient database systems that power our AI-driven platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) or similar role.
• Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of database optimization and indexing.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience with cloud database services (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of scripting for automation (Python, Bash).
• Understanding of data security best practices.
• Experience with large datasets and high-traffic applications.
• Ability to work with DevOps teams for CI/CD integration.
