Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Product Designer at AI21, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex design challenges into intuitive, engaging, and delightful experiences. You'll play an active role in shaping the end-to-end design process for our product applications, from initial concept to final handoff. This role requires someone who is passionate about crafting innovative design work with the development of classic product funnels, allowing you to have substantial ownership over the entire product development cycle.

• Initiate and conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate concepts and refine designs.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, data science and other design team members.

• Own the design lifecycle from gathering inspiration to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
• Keep on top of the latest design trends and best practices.
• Participate in team design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/UI design, ideally within a consumer-focused product environment.
• A portfolio showcasing strengths in product thinking and visual design.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with a passion for user-friendly experiences.
• Highly detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality and usability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
