• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear language.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Establish and maintain documentation standards.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
• Continuously update documentation based on feedback.
• Leverage tools for content management and publishing.
• Support the creation of visual aids.
• Creation of visual process workflow diagrams.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a technical writer.
• Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, MS Word).
• Experience with diagramming tools (Visio, Lucid Chart).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex concepts in user-friendly documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of flowcharts and diagrams.
