Overview

As an entry level Project Coordinator within Ahead’s Intelligent Operations Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, reporting, and operational coordination.

In Short

  • Support PMO Team Members by maintaining project documentation and tracking progress.
  • Assist in creating and distributing project status reports and burndown charts.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal project meetings, documenting discussions and action items.
  • Manage project information within Ahead’s project management tools.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of billable and non-billable projects.
  • Support documentation and communication processes with internal teams and clients.
  • Work closely with global teams to streamline project administration.
  • Contribute to internal resource management efforts.
  • Assist in project closure activities, including documentation handover.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of project management tools like ServiceNow or MS Project.
  • Experience in generating reports to track progress and performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with ITSM, Agile, or DevOps methodologies is a plus.
