In Short

  • Provides strategic and operational administrative support to the AHEAD Delivery Technical Oversight and PMO teams.
  • Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Acts as a primary liaison between AHEAD Sales, Delivery, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manages scheduling and coordination of meetings and deliverables.
  • Drafts and refines internal communications and meeting documentation.
  • Identifies and resolves administrative or operational issues independently.
  • Maintains structured records and meets deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Supports leadership with operational decisions by providing relevant data.
  • Oversees end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of resources within client environments.
  • Collaborates with Project Managers to monitor project budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology project coordinator and/or administrative experience.
  • External Client-facing experience and Client service preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Attention to detail is vital for accuracy in financial records.
  • Acts with urgency and accountability to meet commitments.
  • Exercises independent judgment in prioritizing tasks.
  • Prior experience in project management and consulting preferred.
