• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Certinia solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Ensure integration of Certinia with Salesforce and other applications.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices in Certinia architecture.
• Perform system assessments and optimizations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and architectural artifacts.
• Work with development teams and business analysts on enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions on Certinia best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Certinia architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with Certinia modules.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce and Certinia certifications are a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial management principles.
