FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

Agile Defense is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst responsible for project financial functions including budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting for government and commercial contracts.

In Short

• Prepare monthly functional review presentations and analyze KPI metrics.
• Contribute to the development of a web-based forecasting tool.
• Report on indirect cost performance by department.
• Review indirect AP invoices for compliance.
• Work with Accounting to validate monthly cost accruals.
• Assist with annual budget preparation.
• Interface with Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Pricing, and Procurement.
• Located in Northern VA with remote work possibilities.
• Requires 2-5+ years in Project Finance or Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint/Reporting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
• Strong work ethic and results-oriented.
