Overview

This role involves supporting the Office Manager in a fast-paced environment, managing communications, and ensuring smooth operations in a sign installation company.

In Short

  • Manage high-volume email accounts and client communications.
  • Coordinate schedules for install crews and maintain job board.
  • Document workflows and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide administrative support for permitting processes.
  • Track inventory and coordinate with field teams.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager and design teams.
  • Be proactive in operational tasks and communications.
  • Utilize technology tools effectively for task management.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment with multiple responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert-level familiarity with Google Workspace and Dropbox.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for drafting correspondence.
  • Self-starter mentality and high agency in task management.
  • Experience in the construction or field services industry is a plus.
  • Background in project coordination or traffic management is beneficial.
  • Ability to build SOPs or process maps is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Denver area or permitting terminology is a plus.
