In Short

• Own and operate Aurora’s internal finance system (Vantage), ensuring complete accuracy across all financial data
• Review, manage, and refine our general ledger, journal entries, chart of accounts, and reconciliation logic
• Oversee all inflows and outflows of financial transactions
• Ensure every financial transaction is correctly attributed to the correct client and operating entity
• Manage and reconcile transactions across various platforms
• Prepare clean, structured P&L and financial reports for internal use and external tax accountants
• Improve and refine financial controls
• Maintain financial documentation and reporting processes
• Work directly with developers and leadership to flag inconsistencies
• Ensure audit-grade accuracy across multiple global entities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or finance operations
• Deep knowledge of double-entry accounting and ledger structures
• Hands-on experience managing multi-step reconciliation across payment processors
• Understanding of filing taxes in Hong Kong
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and margin tracking
• Experience preparing monthly P&L and financial reports
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
