Overview

The Compliance Analyst is a vital contributor to the organization’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the continuous monitoring and auditing of compliance programs, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

In Short

  • Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations affecting the PBM industry
  • Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization
  • Conduct regular audits of compliance programs
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies
  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Maintain effective communication with regulatory agencies
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational departments
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance policies
  • May require up to 10% travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
  • Experience with compliance audits and risk assessments
  • Legal background with an understanding of healthcare laws
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software
