In Short

• Support accounting period close including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Execute accounting and reporting controls during monthly and quarterly close.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Review current procedures and suggest improvements.
• Research and recommend solutions for complex accounting scenarios.
• Assist in maintaining corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Conduct analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage projects and deliver high-quality information to business partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• CPA preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership and curiosity to learn new skills.
• Initiative to implement process improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Passion for technology and consumer lending.
