Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Roofing & Siding Quote Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for reviewing takeoff reports, project photos, and videos to create accurate, customized quotes for roofing and siding jobs. The ideal candidate has a background in construction or roofing estimates and brings strong analytical and communication skills.

• Analyze takeoffs, inspection reports, photos, and videos to prepare detailed roofing and siding quotes.
• Evaluate each project's unique requirements to provide tailored and precise cost estimates.
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to confirm scope and details.
• Ensure accurate pricing by accounting for labor, materials, and other project-specific needs.
• Keep organized documentation of all quotes, revisions, and relevant project files.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quote accuracy and process efficiency.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly preferred.
• Weekend work is available and approved for this position.
