Overview

The primary purpose of the Trade Administration Specialist is to provide support to Clients, Sales, and other Affinity management, process billbacks and deductions in a timely manner for all assigned Clients and maintain and communicate Client's pricing contracts in applicable programs. This will be a fully remote position.

In Short

  • Process all assigned Client's billbacks and deductions in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and broker representatives.
  • Maintain and renew Client's pricing contracts.
  • Communicate pricing contracts to distributors and sales team.
  • Update procedures and contact information.
  • Attend Team and Client calls/trainings.
  • Verify and approve pricing for deductions.
  • Support Client Manager and Account Executives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent or six months to one year related experience.
  • Proficient in internet software, order processing systems, Excel, and word processing software.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
