In Short

• Swiftly respond to potential members and schedule intake appointments.
• Manage daily schedule with a sense of urgency for high volume communications.
• Achieve individual and team goals related to corporate enrollment.
• Use motivational interviewing techniques to encourage intake attendance.
• Schedule appointments using EHR and other software tools.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for seamless intake appointments.
• Suggest operational improvements for team growth.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in business development or admissions roles.
• High school diploma or higher education preferred.
• Reliable high-speed home internet connection.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
