In Short

• Deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions.
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR systems.
• Collaborate on individualized treatment and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Must be licensed in Oregon.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms.
• Support individuals in recovery.

Requirements

• Active and verifiable Oregon counseling licenses.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
• Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
• Reliable internet connection.
