• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

Requirements

• Active Virginia license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Comfort with EMRs and telehealth tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet.
