Aerostrat is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building a complete maintenance planning solution for the aviation industry, focusing on transforming complex asks into an easy-to-use product.

In Short

• Responsible for designing user-centric experiences for the Aerros platform.
• Work with stakeholders to refine mockups and prototypes.
• Build a universal design language & UI component library.
• Map out and improve existing workflows in the product.
• Interact with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Contribute to overall product strategy and decision-making.
• Learn about aviation maintenance planning.
• Design high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Work in a lean organization as the key product designer.
• Communicate effectively in a remote team environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong portfolio in user research and design.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Experience with design systems and usability principles.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable being the key designer in a lean team.
• High-level understanding of design systems.
• Experience building UI component libraries.
