In Short

• Design and deliver interaction models, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes supporting user-centered design.
• Work with Senior Product Designers and cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions aligned with product and business goals.
• Create and refine design assets across web, mobile, and trading platforms.
• Support user research and usability testing efforts by analyzing both qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform and iterate design decisions.
• Maintain and update design systems and guidelines under senior supervision.
• Collaborate within agile development workflows and document designs for developer handoff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, preferably in fintech, trading, or a digital-first environment.
• Solid portfolio showcasing thoughtful user interface designs and user experience projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tool.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, respond to feedback, and iterate designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality experiences.
• Experience in financial services or trading applications would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile development workflows.
• Understanding of design systems and scalable UI components.
