In Short

• Oversee the strategy, execution, and overall success of the Database product family.
• Responsible for the full product lifecycle and shaping Aerospike’s roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers across the portfolio.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key customers.
• Define and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure ongoing measurement of product performance and quality.
• Support product launches and drive adoption.
• Maintain a portfolio-level view across all related products.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of interrelated products.
• Strong background in distributed systems and database technology.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT needs.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building alignment across functions.
