Overview

AECOM seeks an experienced, proven Program Manager to lead Federal/Dept of Energy(DOE) environmental remediation projects.

In Short

  • Lead DOE environmental remediation projects.
  • Manage federal performance based/fixed price remediation projects.
  • Collaborate with DOE Tier 1 contractors and stakeholders.
  • Direct professional and technical staff for complex projects.
  • Achieve contractual performance and financial milestones.
  • Oversee project invoicing and cash flow management.
  • Utilize scientific principles to develop technical solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise junior staff and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Engage in DOE business development and proposal preparation.

Requirements

  • BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
  • Professional license (PG, PE) or registration (PMP, CHMM) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in environmental/remediation business.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with DOE environmental cleanup programs.
