Overview

The Senior Permitting Specialist will support regulatory permitting for Central Valley construction projects, ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in biology or environmental science preferred.
• Experience with major environmental laws (CEQA, NEPA).
• Knowledge of compensatory mitigation planning.
• Experience in construction compliance tracking.
• Familiarity with design-build contracting processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
