  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical specialists.
  • Strong verbal and report writing skills.
  • Interest in mentoring junior staff.
  • Desire to lead business development initiatives.
  • Confidence in stakeholder engagement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
