We are seeking a strategic and creative People Analytics Manager to support high-impact HR initiatives through advanced analytics and data storytelling.

• Lead analytics for special HR projects aligned with strategic business priorities.

Requirements

• BA/BS plus at least 8 years of relevant experience in people analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and storytelling techniques.
• Proficiency in data querying (e.g., SQL) and working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with experience preparing deliverables for senior leadership.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence.
