Licensed Building Architect - Data Centers - Remote

Overview

The Architect will be responsible for the design and delivery of colocation and hyperscale cloud data center facilities, leading complex projects from concept to commissioning.

• Architectural design for large scale hyperscale cloud data center and colocation projects.
• Collaborate with internal engineering disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Develop and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
• Support business development and proposal writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and data center design requirements.
• Experience in BIM ACC (Revit) and AutoCAD.
