Overview

AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering Department Manager to lead our electrical engineering team within the US Energy Practice, offering remote work flexibility.

In Short

  • Manage a team of electrical engineers in the US Energy Practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • 5+ years of experience in team supervision preferred.
  • Experience in industrial and power generation projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering design and systems.
  • Ability to work in remote and multi-discipline teams.
  • Familiarity with power systems analysis software.
  • Experience with renewable energy projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
