Overview

AECOM is seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer with a focus on Transmission and Distribution projects to join our Energy Business Line. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from various Energy offices across the United States.

In Short

• Work on civil and structural engineering services across various sectors.
• Design overhead lines and transmission structures.
• Prepare foundation designs and seismic assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
• 4 years of relevant experience in structural design.
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam certificate.
• Preferred 6+ years of experience and Professional Engineering license.
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD and structural analysis software.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
• Experience with remote teams.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to oversee engineering tasks and project planning.
• Experience with EPC projects and brownfield projects.
