Civil / Structural Engineer III (Transmission & Distribution Focus) - Remote

Overview

AECOM is hiring for a Civil / Structural Engineer with a primary focus on Transmission and Distribution projects to support our growing Energy Business Line. This role offers the freedom and flexibility to work remotely and/or be located at various Energy offices across the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Electrical Engineering.
• 4 years of relevant experience in structural design for electrical substations.
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam certificate.
• Preferred 6+ years of experience and a Professional Engineering license.
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD and structural analysis software.
• Experience with various voltage levels and industrial projects.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on full EPC, Design/Build projects.
