Overview

AECOM is seeking a Chemical Warfare Material Manager to work with a diverse team of technical experts to deliver remediation services in the Federal market, based anywhere in the United States.

In Short

  • Manage/perform CWM removal under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE.
  • Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for CWM identification and removal.
  • Prepare CWM workplans and schedules, manage budgets and quality.
  • Lead field teams during removal actions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager of federal projects.
  • USACE MMRP experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational management skills and detail-oriented work ability.
  • Experience managing CWM projects for USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal.
  • Demonstrated proposal-writing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM requirements.
