Field Service Representative - Aerospace - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Representative will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives, focusing on the GE Aerospace Composite Propeller System and related components at a customer site.

• Provide technical direction and assistance to customers.
• Perform hands-on repair and maintenance of Composite Propeller Systems.
• Communicate program status and customer issues effectively.
• Prepare reports on program activities and sales opportunities.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance and workload.

• Work within defined parameters to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent aviation experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in aviation maintenance or field service.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs.
• Must pass a non-DOT drug test and background check.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information Systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60 days worldwide.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
