In Short

• Head of GRC team (in construction)
• Support a portfolio of customers in their cybersecurity initiatives and manage entrusted projects.
• Provide expert consultancy on regulatory compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity governance.
• Conduct gap analysis and support the development of client security strategies.
• Act as a part-time or interim CISO, offering strategic guidance.
• Support audit readiness and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and lead a team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Engage in various projects including cybersecurity master plans and compliance projects.

Requirements

• Proven Cybersecurity skills
• Strong customer engagement skills.
• Project management expertise
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to take on various roles, including pre-sales and people management.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to teach and adapt information for different audiences.
