Logistics Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Logistics Project Manager leads sustainment and logistics efforts for radar programs, depot operations, inventory control, and compliance with DoD regulations. This role involves directing work scope and managing a logistical team of analysts and field service representatives to ensure products and services meet contract requirements for cost, schedule, and performance. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between subcontractors and the program office in a high-visibility environment focused on lifecycle planning and long term sustainment support of radar and sensor systems.

• Lead the design, setup, and operationalization of a depot.
• Direct logistical teams in repair depot, training, technical documentation, and obsolescence management.
• Assist in developing budgets, estimates, schedules, and baseline execution plans.
• Monitor radar system readiness and develop logistics support plans.
• Prepare progress reports, briefings, and metrics for stakeholders.
• Train personnel on logistics processes and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics project management within defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of DoD logistics and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
