Overview

As a Junior Campaign Management Specialist at Adlook, you’ll support the execution of digital advertising campaigns from setup to reporting, working closely with Sales Managers and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to optimize performance and contribute analytical insights.

In Short

• Assist in campaign planning and media plan development.
• Ensure accurate campaign setup and platform configuration.
• Support client onboarding and training.
• Monitor campaign performance and conduct quality checks.
• Collaborate with TAMs to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prepare post-campaign performance reports.
• Track financial performance of campaigns.
• Maintain internal documentation and improve workflows.
• Generate dashboards for internal reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in campaign execution or digital marketing.
• Curiosity and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Clear communication skills for internal and client interactions.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to contribute.
• English fluency (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
