Overview

We are searching for a detail-oriented and deadline driven Field Engineer to join our team.

In Short

• Inspecting, checking and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Assuring preventative service visits based on maintenance plans or service requests.
• Providing customer feedback.
• Supporting installation of equipment or related components.
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and conducting safety checks.
• Providing training to customers on safe and proper use of equipment.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials as needed.
• Attending EHS sessions and workshops or new equipment launches as required.

Requirements

• Experience in field engineering.
• Knowledge of electro/mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to provide effective customer service.
• Familiarity with safety protocols.
