Sr. Manager, Information Security & Risk - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking an Information Security Operations Lead to join our Information Security and Risk team (ISR). In this role, you will manage Addepar’s local Pune Information Security team which focuses on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and partner with various team members throughout the company including HR, Security Engineering, IT, and others.

In Short

• Manage the local Information Security team in Pune.
• Drive identity and access management strategy.
• Implement access and identity technology improvements.
• Introduce automation and access reviews in IAM program.
• Assist with the implementation of zero-trust journey.
• Provide managerial support for IAM tools.
• Mentor local ISR team members.
• Opportunity to manage other aspects of Information Security.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security.
• 4+ years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of IGA/IDM tools.
• Experience with Okta and AWS.
• Data analysis and data-driven decision making skills.
• Strong collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Curious and proactive problem solver.
• Experience with Incident Response is a plus.
