• We are currently seeking a senior fullstack software engineer to join Addepar in our Partner Platform team.
• Building out a new platform from scratch for third-party engagement.
• Handling large volumes of data and engineering challenges.
• Designing sophisticated scalable systems.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Leading project priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and partners.
• Mentoring other engineers on the team.
• Participating in the design and development of a strategic product.

Requirements

• B.S., or M.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in backend development, specifically with Python or Java.
• Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, OLAP, and/or data lake architectures.
• A strong ownership mentality and drive to solve problems.
• Passion for implementing standard processes with automation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other engineers.
• Experience in data processing and analysis using SQL, PySpark, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• A rapid learner with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
