In Short

• Lead a team of 3-4 Software Engineers while contributing to the Acture platform.
• Conduct technical interviews and onboard new Engineers.
• Review code and engage in pair programming sessions.
• Participate in architectural decisions for the platform.
• Develop new features for both backend and frontend.
• Collaborate with the VP Engineering to shape user experience.
• Test and QA features before deployment.
• Maintain an efficient and sustainable codebase.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a software engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, CSS, HTML, and modern JavaScript.
• Some leadership experience or responsibilities.
• Strive for clean code and knowledge of thorough testing.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English (C1+).
