Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join their growing team. The Estimator will play a key role in the bidding process by reviewing blueprints, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for roofing projects.

• 3+ years of experience in estimating, preferably in commercial or industrial roofing.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for takeoffs and plan review.
• Review and analyze blueprints, architectural plans, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of formal bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure scope accuracy.
