Overview

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Logistics Manager to join us on our mission of becoming the #1 Gut Health Brand in the US. This person will own and optimize our end-to-end fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management operations.

In Short

• Manage daily operations across 3PLs, fulfillment centers, and distribution partners.
• Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Resolve fulfillment exceptions and customer delivery issues.
• Manage inventory levels for all product lines.
• Ensure lead times are aligned for optimal inventory flow.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight operations.
• Optimize transportation modes and routing.
• Develop SOPs and reporting for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
