Overview

The Entry-Level Project Manager will support the Growth Creative team of a fast-growing DTC apparel brand dedicated to empowering women through innovative shapewear and apparel.

In Short

• Coordinate workflows for creative projects
• Maintain timelines and task lists in Asana
• Communicate between creative and marketing teams
• Assist in the creation of digital marketing assets
• Organize project documentation in Excel and Asana
• Monitor project progress and flag delays
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters
• Participate in project meetings and summarize action items
• Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Work fully remote while adhering to PST hours

Requirements

• 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with Asana or project management tools
• Interest in creative production and e-commerce marketing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work PST hours
