eCommerce Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

Our client, a fast-growing beauty brand, is looking for an eCommerce Operations Lead to build structure and technical rigor into their digital operations. In this role, you’ll manage the backend of their Shopify-based ecosystem, oversee operational workflows, and ensure seamless customer experience. This is a highly technical and strategic role for someone who thrives in DTC eCommerce operations and loves creating systems that scale.

In Short

• Manage the Shopify storefront: product uploads, inventory sync, pricing updates, bundling logic, and promotions.
• Own integrations across tech stack: Klaviyo, Gorgias, Loop Returns, ShipStation/ShipHero, Recharge, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, bugs, and checkout errors; act as primary liaison with dev/tech support partners.
• Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure timely order processing, inventory restock, and accurate order routing.
• Own SKU-level forecasting and replenishment logic based on sales velocity and DTC demand planning.
• Optimize the post-purchase experience: tracking, returns, subscriptions, CX workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards for daily/weekly DTC performance (conversion rate, AOV, inventory flow, refund/return rate, etc.).
• Support marketing team with promo performance tracking and discount code logic.
• Lead the implementation of new tools and automations to streamline workflows.
• Document SOPs and manage QA for updates across the eCommerce experience.
