AI Video-Editor - Remote

Overview

We’re a rapidly scaling DTC apparel brand seeking a creative technologist who can turn AI video tools into thumb-stopping ads and social assets. You’ll own concept-to-delivery, transforming product stories into short-form videos that move KPIs, all while iterating at start-up speed.

In Short

• Ideate, script, and produce 5-15 sec ad videos using Google Veo, Runway Gen-3, or similar generative models
• Build bespoke prompts, fine-tune style presets, and layer in traditional motion-graphics techniques (After Effects, Premiere) to polish outputs
• Collaborate with growth & creative teams to A/B test variants and optimize ROAS, CTR, and CAC
• Maintain consistent visual identity across channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, site PDP)
• Stay on the bleeding edge of AI video workflows, recommending new tools and efficiencies

Requirements

• Proficiency in AI video editing tools
• Experience with Google Veo and Runway Gen-3
• Strong skills in After Effects and Premiere
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams
• Understanding of A/B testing and optimization metrics
