Senior Hybrid Designer (Part Time Contract) - Remote

Overview

Across AI, Inc., an SF-based enterprise Agentic AI for Sales company, is seeking a talented and experienced hybrid design (interaction & visual) contractor to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our Desktop and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality interaction designs.

In Short

• Part-time contract position (20 hours/week).
• Remote-friendly role with biweekly design reviews in Pacific timezone.
• Develop interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes for enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with design, research, product managers, and engineers.
• Produce artifacts for user research and usability testing.
• Create and maintain design system documentation.
• Ensure adherence to design and accessibility standards.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and constraints.
• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise apps and/or systems design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
